We ship nation-wide, Once you place your order, we check and see if we can process the order.

All Curbside delivery orders will have this notice:

DROP OFF CURBSIDE DELIVERY
ATTENTION BUYER: PLEASE BE CAREFUL DURING LOADING/UNLOADING PROCESS
INSPECT YOUR ITEMS BEFORE YOU SIGN DELIVERY RECEIPT.
EVERY LITTLE DETAIL MUST BE WRITTEN DOWN ON DELIVERY RECEIPT ACCORDING TO INSPECTION.
PLEASE HAVE 2 PEOPLE ON DELIVERY DATE READY TO CARRY YOUR ITEM(S).
INCASE SEEN ANY DAMAGES REFUSE THE SHIPMENT CLEARLY STATING "TRANSPORTATION DAMAGE" ON RECEIPT
BEFORE REFUSING SHIPMENTS YOU MUST CALL OFFICE, SEND CLEAR PICTURES OF
DAMAGED FREIGHT TO EMAIL: SHOP@FURNITUREEXPO.COM, AFTER GETTING APPROVAL FOR REFUSING
CLEARLY STATE "TRANSPORTATION DAMAGE" ON RECEIPT AND MAKE SURE TAKE PICTURE OF RECEIPT AND EMAIL
THE PROOF OF WRITTEN REFUSAL AS WELL.

Terms of service
We have right to refuse or accept any placed orders. We ship 48 states in USA and some items can not be shipped due to trucking companies and various shipping policies.

Please check with customer service when you are not sure about what type delivery service you are offered. We offer both Drop-Off delivery service or White-Glove Delivery service. We may not able to offer White-Glove Delivery service in some areas of USA.
Furniture Expo always appreciate your business. If an item delivered to you wrongly or damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours after the delivery. ALL sales are Final. F.Expo will fix, replace or offer store credit. Special and non-stock ordered items cannot be cancelled or returned. It is buyers’ responsibility to ensure that goods will fit in their chosen location. The room needs to be cleared prior to arrival of the delivery. Failure to accept the order, cancelling or returning an item will result in a 25% restocking fee as well as shipping costs. Please also acknowledge that cardboard's and other packing supplies won't be picked up by our workers.No return or exchange policy with rugs, home textile and mattress(original package) after 24 hours.
